DogMaster NZ apologise for the delays in service

Dear Dogmaster Customer

Hope you are well in these uncertain times. We are currently experiencing a huge influx of service items and a backlog as a result of the Corona Virus and Lockdown.

For 11 years it has been standard practice for AU staff to go to NZ to help with trade shows and help resolve service and admin workload. It has also been the case that NZ staff have visited AU to help on the other side of the ditch. Covid 19 has put a stop to mobile staffing with travel restrictions.  

Put on more staff ? Technical work on tracking and training collars is a specialised field. There are changes occurring, but I am unable to discuss these because of NZ employment law.
